A new project of building mobile ICUs systems is completely airlocked with a high purity air filtration system by AAF (American Air Filter). The company has India’s first auto-scan tested HEPA and ULPA filters which are compliant with international standards.

The pilot project designed to treat COVID patients is installed with high-performance HEPA filters to effectively capture airborne particles that harbor bacteria and viruses on it. AAF partnered with this prestigious project by demonstrating the highest quality control measures in the filter production and manufacturing process. It is the only company in India to have an auto-scan test machine to scan HEPA and ULPA filters compliant to EN1822.

The airtight AHU design contains a prefilter to capture big particles, the fine filter of grade F5 for fine particles, and HEPA filters to trap viruses and bacteria. The exhaust system of the models is also designed with HEPA.
