All cricket lovers are crossed their fingers for IPL 2021 venue in India or somewhere else. The declaration may happen during the auction in Chennai. As of now, the probability to happen this extravaganza in India only due to less voltage pandemic scare observed.

We are here waiting for the next big episode of IPL after completing the successful journey of IPL 2020. Despite the pandemic the organizers and BCCI did an amazing job on conducting IPL in 2020 which helped a lot of small businesses, bloggers, Labor, and Advertisers in term of Return of Investment. But the most important thing is that the cricket fans never get disappointed. It was a Win Win situation for everyone.

IPL 2021 in India or UAE?

According to the recent news, BCCI has kept UAE as a backup plan if COVID situation in India will not go well till the end of FEB. BCCI has also said that the preferred venue for IPL 2021 will always be Domestic Stadiums. 

BCCI is still on edge and watching the whole situation very carefully. Last year we have witnessed the successful IPL 2020 in UAE. And only few franchises had problem in fielding, bowling and batting on the new grounds of UAE. 

The final decision on deciding the venues for IPL 2021 will be announced after the mini auction will be help on 18 February 2021.

Indian Premier League is famous for its mega auctions and grand opening ceremonies. It is a full action pack environment and money spent in auction is eye opening. After all this is the biggest cricket league in world of cricket. 

While in 2021, BCCI has decided to organize a mini auction on the released players of eight franchises. The retained players will remain the same.

IPL 2021 Schedule and Venues
IPL first match always start with the winner and runners up of the last season of IPL. This year IPL 2021 first match will be played between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals. Last year Mumbai Indian wins the IPL 2020 final match.

The announcement of IPL 2021 schedule will be made after the mini auction 18 Feb 2021. BCCI has not spoken yet over the release of schedule. More updates on schedule news.

The venues for IPL 2021 will be either UAE or India. If the venue selected India then the first match will played in Chennai. BCCI said, they will observe the situation of COVID during FEB and decide the venue for IPL 2021. However, BCCI kept the UAE option as a backup plan.
